Bio

Growing up just across the surf in Olivine City, Penny is an excitable, affable girl. Penny's father is a International Police Chief, her mother involved in his work as well. She had a good relationship with them, but she's recently been sent to live year-round with family currently employed as camp staff. She's only heard from them intermittently, and is keen on finding out what's going on, and why she's been kept in the dark about it.
